We are proud to recognize Laurynn Diggs, who is in Mrs. Green’s 3rd-grade classroom, as this year's Learning, Leading Award winner at Indian Springs Elementary! Laurynn consistently demonstrates leadership in the classroom and school community by being respectful, responsible, and kind to others.

Many MCPSS schools are observing Black History Month with special programs and activities throughout February. In celebration of this important time, our school will host a Black History Celebration Day on Thursday, February 26th.
Students will participate in meaningful activities that honor and recognize the contributions, achievements, and impact of African Americans in history and society. This day will be a wonderful opportunity for learning, reflection, and celebration.

Love was in the air in Mrs. King’s 5th-grade class! ❤️ Students designed Valentine-themed cards honoring important moments and figures in Black History, while also reflecting on the future they hope to help shape. A beautiful blend of celebration, creativity, and learning!
